Cookies
What runs, and only when it has been switched on.

Most of the time this site sets nothing at all. There is no banner because there is usually nothing to ask about.

  1. 01 Strictly necessary WordPress sets a session cookie when someone signs in to manage the site, and a security token on the contact form so a submission cannot be forged. Neither identifies a visitor and neither can be turned off without breaking the thing it protects.
  2. 02 Measurement, if configured Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and the Meta pixel each load only when an ID has been entered in the site settings. With no ID, none of them is requested and no third-party cookie is set.
  3. 03 Do Not Track If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, none of the above loads even when an ID is set. That is checked before anything is requested, not after.
  4. 04 Turning it off yourself Blocking third-party cookies in your browser stops all of it. Nothing on this site stops working if you do.

Written to describe what this site actually does rather than copied from a template. It is not legal advice — have it reviewed before you rely on it.
