What we collect and what we do not.
This section explains the information collected by inquiry and recruitment forms and why it is used.
- 01 What the forms collect The contact form asks for a name and a work email, and optionally a company, phone number, website, industry, budget band and message. Nothing is required beyond the name and the email, and nothing is inferred from what you leave blank.
- 02 Client inquiry data Inquiries are stored in the site database and notified by email. If the agency connects a sales CRM, inquiry fields are forwarded to it. Job applications are separate from this workflow.
- 03 How long we keep it Enquiries are kept while there is a live conversation and reviewed once a year. Ask us to delete yours and we will, and confirm when it is done.
- 04 Measurement The site loads analytics only if a measurement ID has been configured, and loads nothing at all if your browser sends a Do Not Track signal. What is running, if anything, is listed on the cookie page.
- 05 What we never do We do not sell or rent your details, we do not use enquiry data to target advertising at you, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you sent a message.
- 06 Asking us anything Write to info@havencave.com. A named person answers within one business day — including a request to see, correct or delete what we hold.
- 07 Job applications We collect your name, email, phone, experience level, selected role and CV. LinkedIn and portfolio links are optional. These details are used to review your application and contact you, not forwarded to a sales CRM or advertising platform. CV files are stored outside the public web directory and can only be downloaded by authorized site administrators. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. The agency must approve its retention period and procedures before launch.
Written to describe what this site actually does rather than copied from a template. It is not legal advice — have it reviewed before you rely on it.
