The growth diagnostic.
Two weeks. Written. Yours either way.
Most agency relationships start with a proposal written before anyone has looked at the account. This is the opposite: we look first, write down what we find, and hand it over. If you take it to somebody else, it still works.
What you get, in writing
- 01 Where growth is actually stuck The one constraint that makes everything downstream cheaper to fix, named — not a list of twenty observations.
- 02 The order we would fix it in Sequenced, with the reason for each position. The order is what decides what the second fix costs.
- 03 What is currently being measured wrong Including the bookings and sales your dashboard is crediting to the wrong channel.
- 04 A definition of working Agreed before any spend, so nobody argues about the word once there are numbers.
- 05 What we would not do The parts of your current plan we think are a waste, and why.
How it runs
-
01
One call to get access and context. Read-only is enough.
-
02
Ten to fourteen days of work — account audit, funnel walk-through, competitor teardown, demand read in both languages.
-
03
One session to walk you through the document, and the document is yours from that moment.
What it costs
It is a fixed scope, so it is a fixed number, and you get it in the first conversation rather than after a discovery process that is itself billed. What it is not is free — a free audit is a sales call with a spreadsheet attached, and it is priced accordingly in what it leaves out.
And if you do not continue: Then you have the document, and we have a company that knows what we are like to work with. That has been a better source of work for us than a discount ever was.
What is next for your business?
Tell us your objective and what you need to improve. We review the situation and propose a clear scope.
